last quarter moon

last quarter moon

the moon is waning and so are we

Dec 12, 2025

tonight is the last quarter moon. it's cold and snowy here. (drawing of a small person in a red snow hat looking up at the night sky and the moon)

a drawing of a goose looking annoyed, with a thought bubble leading to a black scribble.

Trying not to think too much about the state of the world. Climate change, fascism, racism, cruelty and violence. (drawing of a goose on a yellow background, looking off to the side and upward. thought bubble says 'nu nee nu nee nu....'

(drawing closeup of goose with wide eyes and dark circles under eyes) I'm not pretending it isn't happening, but i feel the weight and sometimes it's too much. people cope however they can.

(drawing of goose next to a trash can full of stuff.) When I feel too much I start cleaning house. Organizing, repairing, getting rid of things i do not need. I don't know what to do but at least i can try to be a little less unready. -- dapplezee
